Orders
By placing an order with The Bauble Barn Co, please ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) before you proceed with checkout process. We will not eb able to amend you orders after order is confirmed. Your order is only secured and confirmed upon completing of your payment details. The Bauble Barn Co reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if payment is not updated within 12hours after the checkout process. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
Products
Measurements will be provided for all items posted. Do expect some slight diference of 0.5inch to 1cm as items are all items are all handmade from scratch.
We strive to provide the colors as accurate as possible as there might be some color differences due to computer / handphone screen color calibration as well as lighting while taking photos. Prints placement on the product may varies if we have more than 2 pieces of the same fabric.
Product Care
Handwash on cold / room temperature water is recommended. For machine was, it is recommended to put them into a laundry bag and wash on cold / room temperature mode.
DO NOT bleach / dry clean / tumble dry!
Pricing & Payment
Prices display on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and you will be charged in SGD.
We accept payment via credit / debit card and via paynow.
In the event that an item price listed incorrectly, we will informed the affected customers and reconfirm the order with the correct pricing.
The Bauble Barn reserves the right to cancel or refuse order with incorrect pricing.
Returns
All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unused with tag intacted.
Returned of items will be under customer's responsilbility until they reached The Bauble Barn Co office.
Please ensure that all parcels is returned via registered postage to prevent any lost of parcels.

Delivery
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery will be carried out during working hours, Monday to Friday (8 to 5pm), excluding weekends & Singapore public holidays.
We provide standard courier services at a flat rate of SGD$3, and will be dispatched by Singpost / SPX.
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches the destination country (if any) will be born and paid for by the receipent of the parcel.
Prices of postage will include handling fees. The Bauble Barn will not be held liable for any lost parcel should the customer opt for normal postage (No tracking number).
