Return & Exchange Policy
As all items are handmade with care, we kindly ask customers to read the following policy before purchasing.
Returns
- All sales are final and we do not accept any returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection or personal preference.
- All handmade items may have slight variations in color, sizing or stitching due to photoshoot strong lighting, editing and/or during the lighting during live streams. However these will be part of their unique charm and is not considered a defect.
- For Instocks items, prints will be shown and viewed during live streams or from the website pictures. As these are handmade items, all the prints shown will be one of a kind there should not be identical prints.
- For Preorder items, pictures of the exact product will be send to the customers before sending it out per request.
Exchanges (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)
- We are happy to offer exchange of items should:
- You receive the wrong item
- The item you receive has a defect.
Do contact us via Whatsapp / Telegram Chat / Email within 5 days of receiving of your orders.
All items must be unused, unwashed and have to be in original packaging.
Photo / Video proof of the defect is required.
Once the exchange is approved, we will arrange for an exchange of the same item (subject to availability) otherwise we will allow you to pick a suitable replacement of the same value. If higher then the same value, a top up is required.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not allow any returns or exchange if your items are customized or personalized as pictures and videos will be send to confirm customer's acceptance before dispatching.
Defective Sales / Clearance Sales
- No exchange / returns will be allowed for all defective sales / clearance items. All defective sales items has cosmetic defects while the item is still functional and usable.
- Defective Sales / Clearance items will only be shown during Tiktok Live streams so customers can view the items clearly.
Shipping Cost
- All Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part
